Inviting staff
Under Staff, invite each person by email. They set their own password. Each member of staff counts towards your plan's staff accounts.
Roles
Each member of staff has a role, which decides what they can see and do: for example a shop assistant who can sell on the POS but not change prices. Make your own roles under Roles, choosing each permission. Limit staff to the locations they work at.
Two-factor sign-in
Turn on two-factor sign-in under Security, with an authenticator app, and keep the recovery codes safe. You can see the devices you are signed in on, and sign them out. New sign-ins from unknown devices are emailed to you.
The audit log
Audit log records who did what, and when: changes to products, prices, orders and settings, and every sign-in.
If you think someone has got in
Change your password, sign out all devices under Security, check the audit log, and contact us.
