Everything about your subscription is under Settings → Plan and billing.
Allowances
Each plan includes allowances. Your dashboard shows how much of each you have used.

We email you when you reach 80% of an allowance, and again if you go over. Your shop keeps selling either way, and nothing you already have is touched. Newsletter emails and mailboxes are only on the plans that list them.
POS registers are not an allowance: a shop with the POS add-on can have as many as it has counters.
More of your plan
Buy more of an allowance as a pack from Plan and billing, under More of your plan: more storage, staff accounts, products, locations, POS locations or mailboxes. Remove it when you no longer need it. Prices are on the pricing page.
These are not the same as add-ons. Some are connections to accounts of your own, such as Stripe, Sendcloud, Google and Meta: they are never charged. Others are built-in extras we run, such as the POS, gift cards, loyalty points, live chat and popups: each plan says which it includes, which come switched on, and which can be bought, with the price on the add-ons page. Add them from your dashboard's Add-ons.
Refer a shop
Know another business that should have a shop? Under Settings → Refer a shop is your referral link, and a code to type at sign-up. When a business signs up with either and pays its first invoice, you each get free months, taken off your next invoices. The page says how many signed up with yours.
Changing plan
Move up or down at any time. The difference is charged or credited for the rest of the period.
Invoices
Download every invoice from Plan and billing. Add your VAT number there, or at sign-up, and it appears on them.
If a payment fails
We try again and email you. Your shop stays open for 14 days while you update your card. After that it is paused until the payment is made.
Cancelling
Cancel from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Download your data first with Export everything: after your shop closes, it is kept for 60 days, then deleted.
