Moving from another shop? Bring everything with you under Import in your dashboard. Switching to us has the whole move, step by step. Each import works the same way:
- Choose what to import and upload a spreadsheet (CSV) or, for photos, a zip file.
- Match the columns. Your file's columns are matched to ours automatically, including the names other platforms use; check them and correct any that are wrong.
- Answer the questions the import needs, such as whether stock numbers are a count or a delivery.
- Check the plan. See what will be created, updated and skipped, and why, before anything changes.
- Run it. Large files run in the background; you can leave the page.
An import can be undone afterwards from its page.
From WooCommerce
Export your products, customers and orders from WooCommerce and import the files as they are: the importer reads WooCommerce's own columns, sizes and photos.
The files
Each kind of import has its own columns. Download a template with example rows to start from.
ProductsOne row per size, which is what every platform exports. Rows sharing a handle become one product.CustomersWith addresses and marketing consent. Passwords come across only where the hash can be read; everybody else is invited to set one.Stock countsQuantities against SKUs the shop already has. Either a stock take or a delivery — you say which on the next screen.Order historyPast orders, so the shop does not open with an empty customer history and last year missing from the figures. One row per item, rows sharing an order number becoming one order.Product imagesA spreadsheet with a column of web addresses, or a zip of photographs named after their SKUs.
