Good to know before you start
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, at any time, from Plan and billing in your shop’s dashboard. Moving plan mid-month is charged or credited for the days left, and you can download everything in your shop before you go.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
We tell you when you reach 80% of an allowance, and again if you go over. Your shop keeps selling: extra storage, bandwidth or emails are added as packs at the end of the month. Staff accounts, products, locations and POS locations stop at the limit, so buy a pack or move up a plan to add more; nothing you already have is touched. POS registers are never limited: add one for every counter.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No, we take no cut or commission of any kind. You choose a payment provider from the add-ons and connect an account of your own, so the money goes straight to you, by card or the ways each country pays, such as iDEAL or BLIK. The provider’s own fees are the only ones on a sale.
Can my shop have servers of its own?
Yes. With dedicated hosting your shop runs on capacity kept for it alone, apart from every other shop, and its database can have a server of its own too. It suits busy shops and companies with their own requirements. We set it up for you and price it for your size: book a call or get in touch.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price includes VAT, so what you see is what you pay. If your business is in another EU country and gives a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and your invoice shows no VAT. Your VAT number goes on every invoice, and your invoices are in Plan and billing, ready for your accountant.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Connect a domain you have, or buy one from your dashboard, and we set its records for the shop and its email.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees, and no contract beyond the month or year you pay for. Yearly plans are paid up front for the year.
